House Rules
Version 2026-06-26
These rules form part of your booking. By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to them on behalf of your whole party.
1. Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: after 16:00.
- Check-out: before 10:00.
- Late check-out: free, on request (subject to availability).
2. Occupancy, guest names & ID
- The standard price includes up to 4 guests. The property sleeps up to 9.
- Within 24 hours of the booking being accepted, we require the full names of every adult guest.
- At check-in we may require a copy of each adult guest’s ID or passport. The names must match the booking.
- Babies and infants under 2 are not counted toward capacity and stay free of charge (please tell us so we can set up a cot).
3. Additional guests
- Beyond 4 guests (children count; under-2s do not), an additional €30 per person, per night applies (up to 9 guests).
4. Pets
- Pets allowed on request, maximum 2.
- Pet fee: €30 per pet.
5. Hot tub / jacuzzi (optional)
- Available on request. We deep-clean and re-heat it before each stay: €75 per stay.
6. Pool & spa safety
- The swimming pool cover must be locked when the pool is not in use.
- Children must not be left unsupervised while the pool is unlocked or in use.
- No food around the pool and spa area.
7. Smoking
- No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere in the property.
8. Quiet hours
- 23:00 – 07:00.
9. Security deposit
- We reserve the right to take a security deposit at check-in.
10. Responsibility
- The lead guest is responsible for the whole party and for any damage to the property or its contents during the stay.
